Voice Commands for Siri · Effective October 2, 2026
Nice Express ("we", "us") publishes the Voice Commands for Siri app (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App uses, why, and the choices you have. We designed the App to work without an account and to keep your data on your device.
The App saves the following on your iPhone or iPad. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by deleting the App:
Voice translation (a Voice Commands Premium feature) uses the microphone and Apple's Speech Recognition only while you tap the microphone. Your speech is converted to text by Apple and may be processed on Apple's servers under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not record, store or receive your audio.
Translations are made by Apple's Translation framework, on your device (voice translation requires iOS 18 or later). We do not send your text to any translation service and do not store your translations on any server.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We never receive your name, Apple Account or payment details; the App only receives confirmation from Apple that your purchase is active.
The free version of the App shows ads. Voice Commands Premium removes all ads. Ads are provided by these partners, which may collect device information (such as IP address, device model, operating system, approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad interactions) to show, measure and limit ads:
Consent in Europe. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App first asks for your consent to the use of your data for advertising, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in the App's Settings › Privacy Choices.
Tracking. The App asks your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before your device's advertising identifier can be used to track you across apps. If you decline, ads are not personalized with that identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
The "Command of the day" widget and Siri shortcut run on your device and do not send any information to us.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not keep your data on our servers, most requests can be handled by deleting the App or clearing your translation history. For data collected by our advertising partners, you can use the links above or contact us and we will help.
Data stays on your device and is protected by iOS. We do not keep copies on our servers.
We may update this policy when the App changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
