Voice Commands for Siri · Effective October 2, 2026

These terms apply to the Voice Commands for Siri app (the "App") published by Nice Express ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

1. What the App does

The App is a guide: it lists example phrases for Siri, step-by-step setup guides for Apple devices, and a voice translation tool. The App does not control Siri and cannot perform Siri commands for you.

2. Commands and guides are examples

• Siri's answers depend on your device, iOS version, language, region, settings, connected accessories and third-party apps. Some commands may not work for you or may change when Apple updates Siri.
• Commands marked "Needs Siri AI" require Siri AI (Beta) on a compatible device, in a supported language and region.
• Translations are produced automatically and may contain mistakes.

We work to keep the content accurate, but we provide it "as is" without guarantee that every command or step will work.

3. Voice Commands Premium

• Includes: no ads, the advanced setup guides and voice translation.
• Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month at the price shown in the App until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Voice Commands Premium for as long as the App is available, on devices using the same Apple Account.
• Managing and cancelling: in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Settings › Manage Subscription in the App.
• Restoring: use Restore Purchases in the App's Settings or on the Premium screen.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App shows ads from third-party partners described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or its content, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its content belong to Nice Express. Siri, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, HomePod, AirPods, Apple TV, CarPlay and Apple Intelligence are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names belong to their owners. The App is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Apple.

7. Internet connection

Some features (ads, speech recognition, purchases) need an internet connection. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nice Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the App or of Siri, or from commands that do not work as expected. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
